In addition to the previously announced software titles in development for the upcoming Nintendo DS^TM, Nintendo has an extensive list of games planned for the fourth quarter of 2004 for both Nintendo GameCube^TM and Game Boy^® Advance. The first- and third-party titles cover all genres, from sports games to adventure games.

These games will carry Nintendo through a strong holiday season and into January, when two big games launch: Capcom's Resident Evil^® 4 for Nintendo GameCube and The Legend of Zelda^®: The Minish Cap for Game Boy Advance. These will be followed in 2005 by the release of highly anticipated games like Star Fox^®, Geist^TM, Donkey Kong^® Jungle Beat and many more.

Nintendo GameCube already is enjoying a dramatic surge in popularity. In its first week of sales, the Metroid^® Prime Bonus Bundle caused a spike in Nintendo GameCube sales of 48 percent over the previous week. The bundles accounted for almost 80 percent of all Nintendo GameCube systems sold by top retailers.
